Installation Services:

When you purchase a Paxton system, you have the option to include professional installation services. Our experienced technicians will ensure your equipment is installed correctly, efficiently and optimized for your specific line and setup.
 

Maintenance Audits:

Stay ahead of issues with a proactive system audit. A Paxton technician will visit your facility to assess your system’s condition, identify potential maintenance needs, and recommend preventative strategies to keep everything running smoothly.
 

General Repair:

If your Paxton system isn’t performing as expected, our service team can come onsite to diagnose and repair any issues. We’ll work quickly to restore performance and minimize disruption.
 

Remote Service & Support:

Need immediate assistance? Our technicians provide remote service via phone or video call to help resolve issues quickly. This is ideal for minimizing downtime without waiting for an onsite visit.
 

Customized Maintenance Course:

Empower your maintenance team with hands-on training. Our technicians will develop a custom maintenance schedule tailored to your system, followed by 1-on-1 training with your staff. This training builds confidence and ensures your team knows how to perform preventative maintenance that keeps your system operating at full capacity.
 

Safeguard your Paxton Products Warranty:

Paxton Products guarantees its standard PX-Series, AT-Series and XT-Series blowers, including the PX-200 PowerDry blower, against defects in the materials and workmanship for the 3-year Warranty period for new systems and a 1-year Warranty for new blower heads. For the warranty to apply, the product must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturing specifications and the installation & maintenance instructions provided by Paxton using Paxton-provided replacement filters, belts and idler assemblies. By utilizing the Paxton Service Program for Installation or Maintenance requirements you are further safeguarding your line in accordance with the Paxton warranty.
