The Control Panel is also equipped with centralized control, quality assurance, and enhanced safety while monitoring operational conditions to optimize your drying processes.

With the Paxton Products Control Panel, there's no need for third-party motor starters or VFDs as it provides a comprehensive, turnkey solution for your blower system, without the hassle. Constructed of 304 stainless steel to withstand rigorous cleaning processes, the Control Panel features visual indicators to provide clear signals for operational status, as well as PLC Communication with I/O terminal blocks to facilitate easy communication. Key controls on the Control Panel include Blower On, Start, Stop, Reset, Alarm, and Emergency Stop, to ensure efficient operation.

The Vortex A/C Enclosure Cooler is an integrated compressed air cooling system designed to keep the Control Panel cool, clean, and protected from dirt and debris. Utilizing compressed air, this cooler maintains a stable temperature inside of the Control Panel to prevent overheating and minimize downtime for your plant.
In addition to this, the Paxton Control Panel can also be built to UL 508 Certification requirements for necessary applications.
