Paxton Products - An ITW Company

Bottling and canning industries adhere to strict standards to ensure product quality and safety.  Bottling production requires the neck and lid to be completely dry for date coding, tamper banding and vision system inspection; while canning production requires both dry tops and sides for date coding, labeling and secondary packaging. Paxton Products offers both the CapDryer and CanDryer to ensure that these rigorous standards are achieved while offering several key benefits.

CapDryer Advantages:

Bottling vision systems catch even the finest water droplets on bottles. They constantly monitor these bottles and reject the products that have the slightest signs of moisture. This preventable occurrence can cost companies millions of dollars. The Paxton CapDryer has provided a ten-fold reduction in vision system rejection rates and comes with numerous other perks. Our CapDryers are versatile, offering adjustability for bottles ranging from 8 oz to 3 liters; while having a footprint of 30 inches or less on the line. Additionally, with built-in spray containment, your production area will be free from potential water hazards.

CanDryer Advantages:

Paxton CanDryers eliminate the need for separate air knives and nozzles by approaching your production process with a manifold that provides an all-in-one solution that is easy to install. With two air knives and six nozzles in one manifold, both space and efficiency will be optimized. With its versatility of application, allowing an ability to dry the sides and tops of both 8 oz – 24 oz cans, the CanDryer will meet your specific production needs. Safety can also be improved with the utilization of Paxton’s CanDryer which restricts water spray, thus allowing for a safer production area.

All in all, both the CapDryer and CanDryer, offered by Paxton Products, allow for your bottling and canning production processes to run more efficiently and safely.
