A mid-sized beverage manufacturer that specializes in various types of plastic bottled beverages prides themselves on consistency, cleanliness and rapid production cycles for their multiple product lines. The company runs three production lines and ships daily production to major retailers across the US. CHALLENGE

As this beverage manufacturer scaled up their operations to meet growing demand, they expanded to a third production line dedicated to new product SKUs.
