Centrifugal Blowers use a motor to drive a series of pulleys, which increases the ratio at the blower more than four-fold. With a motor speed of 3600 rpm, blower speeds up to 18,000 rpm can be achieved. The high speed blower produces increased mechanical power, which provides higher air flow rates at pressures up to 3.5 psi. The impeller is able to generate large amounts of flow with less energy being used -- thus making a centrifugal blower the most efficient type of blower available in the market.
