From May 7th-10th, the Paxton Products team traveled to Nashville, Tennessee for the 2023 Craft Brewers Conference. During the event, our team had the opportunity to showcase a variety of Paxton's drying and air rinsing solutions for the craft brewing industry, as well as network with customers and industry professionals.
About the Event
With hundreds of vendors and over 10,000 brewery industry professionals participating in a single event, Craft Brewers Conference is the largest craft brewing tradeshow in the U.S.. Because of this, it's the perfect opportunity to learn more about the brewing industry, talk with industry experts, and discover innovative products and services for your own brewery. It also allows those in craft brewing to come, listen and learn from expert craft brewers on various industry-related "tracks" such as Safety and Sustainability, Brewing Operations and Beer Styles, Quality and Ingredients, Export Development, and much more.

- Ionizing Rinsing Systems - available for both can and bottle rinsing, Paxton's Ionizing Rinsing Systems are designed to efficiently remove particulates, dirt and debris from targeted surfaces with the help of Paxton's air delivery systems and industry-leading PX-Series Centrifugal Blowers.
- PowerDry™ Drying System - setting the standard for complete blow-off cleaning and drying systems, the PowerDry™ Drying System's high velocity airflow shears off moisture from bottles, cans, jars or other containers, giving a clean, dry surface for quality coding and eliminating moisture-related packaging issues.
- CanDryer - an all-in-one manifold that provides complete drying of 8 oz - 24 oz cans to improve the quality of coding, labeling, and other packaging and processing operations. For craft brewers, Paxton's CanDryer significantly improves drying quality while also enhancing usability and production floor safety.
- Air Knives - available in both Aluminum and 304 Stainless Steel, Paxton Air Knives and Knife Drying Systems are designed to give maximum efficiency for high velocity air drying, rinsing, and blow-off applications. With a standard gap setting of 0.055 inches (0.14 cm), Paxton's Air Knives feature a continuous, uninterrupted air slot design that delivers uniform air coverage over the targeted area.
- Nozzle Manifold - available in 304 Stainless Steel, Paxton's Nozzle Manifold is the ideal solution for applications exhibiting a larger distance between the air source and the surface to be dried or blown off. For craft brewing, the Nozzle Manifold can be used for rinsing cans and products with nooks, crannies or holes.
- Spyder Manifold - available in both Polypropylene and 304 Stainless Steel, the Spyder Manifold is Paxton's most effective manifold for drying the tips, sides and under the rims of cans, bottles, and jars, as well as spot drying for hard-to-reach areas or areas needing extra attention. By combing inline nozzles with 'spider-like' arms that can flex to any position in order to reach under and around products, the Spyder Manifold is able to accommodate the unique drying needs of craft brewers and target specific areas.
