From September 11th - 13th, the Paxton Products team had the opportunity to exhibit at the 2023 Pack Expo Las Vegas tradeshow. During the event, the Paxton team showcased a variety of its industry-leading drying and blow off solutions for the packaging and processing industry. Pack Expo Las Vegas is one of the largest packaging and processing tradeshows on the continent and is the show that defines where the packaging industry is headed. Occurring only every two years, Pack Expo Las Vegas gives attendees the opportunity to uncover cutting edge packaging technology, processing equipment, and supply chain resources designed to help you boost sustainability, reduce waste, scale up production, and save energy within your own business.
Event Highlights
For the first time ever, Paxton Products combined booths and co-exhibited with Pillar Technologies to be able to showcase an even wider range of solutions for the packaging and processing industry. Pillar Technologies has been serving the packaging and processing industry for over 40 years and is recognized worldwide as a global manufacturer of high-powered induction sealing systems. The packaging industry has relied on Pillar's technologically advanced induction sealers to provide tamper evidence, provide leak protection on liquid products, deter from pilferage, and even extend the shelf-life of certain products. In addition to this, the 2023 Pack Expo Las Vegas show reached record-breaking attendance numbers for attendees and exhibitors. The 2023 show brought in roughly 32,000 attendees, which is the most in the show's history, and nearly 2,300 exhibitors from across 40+ vertical markets - making it the most comprehensive packaging and processing show of the year in North America. Attendees came from businesses of all sizes and industries, including food and beverage, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, pet food and pet care, cosmetics and personal care, household and automotive, chemicals, and much more.
Solutions for the Packaging Industry
Our team knows just how busy events of this size can be, so we understand if you weren't able to stop by the Paxton Products booth at Pack Expo Las Vegas. During the event, the Paxton Products team exhibited a variety of its air delivery devices, drying systems, and its Ionizing Bottle and Can Rinser Systems that can be used within drying and blow-off applications.

- Air Knives - one of the most common forms of air delivery, an air knife is a tool that generates high-velocity, uniform airflow through a narrow slot to remove unwanted substances, such as water, dirt, and debris, from surfaces. Available in aluminum and 304 stainless steel, Paxton's air knives and knife drying systems are also able to withstand harsh detergents used in washdown facilities.
- Ionizing Rinsing Systems - Paxton's Ionizing Rinsing Systems are designed to dissipate the static charges that cause dust, dirt, and other contaminants to adhere to surfaces, and then air blast them away using ultra-efficient, blower-driven air. Available for bottle and can air rinsing, Paxton's Ionizing Rinsing Systems can help you reduce downtime and product quality rejects in the long run.
- PowerDry™ Drying System - Paxton's patented PowerDry™ Drying System is a complete blow-off cleaning and drying system designed to shear off moisture from bottles, cans, jars, or other containers - giving a clean, dry surface for quality coding and eliminating moisture-related packaging issues.
- CapDryer - the CapDryer is Paxton's all-in-one air manifold designed to effectively and efficiently dry bottles ranging from 8 oz to 3 liters to improve the quality of coding, tamper branding, labeling, and vision system results. Available in two sizes (12 and 24 nozzle), the CapDryer's stainless steel manifold box is also able to contain water spray in order to improve safety on production floors.
- CanDryer - Paxton's high efficiency CanDryer is designed to provide complete drying of 8 oz to 24 oz cans in order to improve the quality of coding, labeling, and packaging operations. Not only is it available for both high and low-speed lines, but it's also ideal for production lines where can and/or bottle sizes vary frequently.
